- PRE – TREATMENT CONDITION : Known case of Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled micturition, breathlessness, fatigue, itching all over the body, loose motions, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, both legs pedal oedema [pitting]. Renal function tests showed abnormal readings on investigation.
